Pricing guide: Buttercream covered styles begin at $5.00 per serving, and rolled fondant and custom 3-D designs begin at $6.00 per serving. There is a delivery charge of $50.00 within a 30 minute drive from my location.

 

Cake Filling and Flavor Ideas

All cakes are made with the best and freshest ingredients available. Real butter is always used in my buttercreams and cakes. Icings are made with a small amount of shortening to increase stability, and to prevent the possibility of the cake melting or sliding. The emphasis is always on intensity and balance of flavors. Please feel free to use your imagination when combining flavors, cakes or liquers!

 

Tiramisu: Butter Poundcake and chocolate cake layers brushed with Marsala and espresso with a light cream cheese filling, reminiscent of the popular Italian dessert.

KeyLime: Butter poundcake lightly brushed with Key Lime syrup, and a filling of Key Lime curd and white chocolate buttercream.

Raspberry: Butter poundcake brushed lightly with Chambord, then spread with a thin layer of raspberry jam, and filled with buttercream flavored with raspberry puree. This cake can also be made with strawberry puree, or made with chocolate cake layers.

Lemon: Lemon buttermilk poundcake layers are brushed with a light lemon syrup, and filled with buttercream flavored with fresh lemon juice, and a little fresh lemon zest to boost the flavor.

Georgia Peach: Poundcake layers are brushed with peach liquer, and filled with peach curd and white chocolate buttercream. A thin layer of raspberry jam adds depth and surprise.

Carrot Cake/Banana Cake: Classic cakes, full of flavor, filled with a cream cheese icing. These cakes are made without nuts unless otherwise requested. The carrot cake is made with pureed pineapple and coconut.
